Nieuws - Almazara wint IP Real Estate Gold Award 2013

Tijdens het jaarlijkse IP Real Estate congres in Londen in mei 2013, ontving Almazara de Gold Award 2013 in de categorie Best Investment Consultancy. De jury, bestaande uit pensioenfondsbestuurders, kwam tot de volgende conclusie: “This boutique is deliberately small, with a limited number of highly experienced partners and a very strong client focus, with strict norms of professional behaviour, transparency and professional integrity. Their stated concern is ‘the value-add we bring to the client’s table, not the size of AUM’. This is a very refreshing approach and a model that institutional clients would always welcome”.
